Shirit Kronzon received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stanford University and her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Princeton University. She has been a member of the faculty of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania for the over seven years. There she has taught a variety of applied psychology courses, including negotiation, leadership, and organizational behavior, to business executives, Management of Business Administration (MBA) students, and undergraduates. She has published research in the fields of negotiation and decision-making.
Andrew Ward is a faculty member of the Psychology Department of Swarthmore College. He received his B.A. in Biology from Harvard University and his Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford University. His research interests include conflict and negotiation and the self-regulation of emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. He has published a number of scholarly journal articles and book chapters, and his work has been featured in such popular magazines as Glamour, Self, Allure, and Redbook.
